If not completely satisfied with your purchase at the Two Wheeler Dealer, return it in like new condition within 30 days and we will refund all of your money. This guarantee is for your benefit. You need to be completely happy with your purchase or your money back.

2. FREE PROPER FITTING
You must be comfortable!
We are very concerned that a bicycle fits you properly and you are comfortable while riding. If you are not comfortable for any reason, please tell us. We can exchange seats, tires, grips, handlebars, etc. for your personal needs.

3. Price Protection Guarantee
We want your business!!! If you find a lower price on any item-bike or parts- somewhere else, please give us the opportunity to match that price or we will cheerfully refund your money.

4. NEW BICYCLES

Free assembly:
All new bicycles purchased at the Two Wheeler Dealer are assembled at NO additional charge. It is very important that a bicycle be set up properly for an individual’s size and needs. We will install FREE of charge any accessories purchased with a new bicycle.

One Year Free Service:
With the purchase of a new bicycle, we include FREE adjustment and tune-up for one year. If the bicycle is used frequently, the spokes and cables settle in long before then. We prefer that the new bike come in after it has been ridden five times to be checked over and adjusted.

Free Labor on Manufacturer’s Warranty:
Warranties vary from one brand of bicycle to another. However, most brands carry a lifetime warranty on the frame and one year on the parts against manufacturer’s defects. Please inquire on specific brands. Two Wheeler Dealer will cover any labor charges that pertain to a manufacturer’s warranty for the original owner.

5. USED BICYCLES
All used bicycles come with the Two Wheeler Dealer thirty day (30) money back guarentee. We make sure the used bikes are in good mechanical condition before you purchase yours. All used bicycles come with a 3 month Warranty.

6. TRADE INS

7. SPECIAL ORDERS
It’s no problem and no extra charge to order any item we might not have in stock.

8. EXTENDED WARRANTY
We offer a warranty that will extend the manufacturer’s warranty an extra four (4) years.
